Returns and Refunds Policy

  1. You may request to return any product you have purchased, within 7 working days of receiving the product, for any of the following reasons:

    a. The product delivered is not what you ordered, or does not correspond with its description on the website on the date of purchase; or
    b. The product delivered is expired or damaged.

  2. LOOMI Group may allow for an exchange of products on a case-by-case basis. Kindly contact our customer service team at hello@loomigroup.com for assistance.

  3. When a return or exchange request is approved by LOOMI Group, our customer service team will follow through and assist you with the process.

  4. If the return is due to an error or a defective product as described in Point (1) above, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, if the return is for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

  5. If you request a refund that does not meet our criteria in Point (1) above, you will have to bear an administrative fee that is equivalent to 5% of the refund value.
